Terms & Conditions

Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating in the Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

This Promotion is open to residents of United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

Internet access, a valid email address, mobile phone number and smartphone required for entry. Purchase necessary. Retain receipt.

Opens for entries at 00:00 on 16th September 2024 and closes for entries at 23:59 on 1st December 2024. Entries received outside of this time will be void and will not be entered into the Promotion.

The Promotion is limited to one entry per person, per email address and mobile number, per day. Maximum of 1 "Instant Win Prize" per person, per prize level in total throughout the promotional period.

The prize is a zoo pass for one adult and one child (aged 3-15 years).
The prize is based on a standard entry ticket to a zoo.
The winner can select from over 430 zoos across the UK & ROI. Winners will be notified of the zoos available for selection when they receive the email with instructions on how to redeem the prize.
All locations are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Level 2 – Aquarium Pass

The prize is an aquarium pass for one adult and one child (aged 3-15 years).
The prize is based on a standard entry ticket to an aquarium.

Level 4 – Cinema Tickets

The prize is a pair of cinema tickets.
Winners can choose from the following cinema chains; Showcase, Vue, Cineworld, Empire, IMC, Merlin, Movie House, Odeon Inside London, Odeon Outside London, Omniplex (NI), IMAX Playhouse, Picturehouse Inside London, Picturehouse Outside London, Reel Cinema, Savoy, Scott Cinemas, The Grosvenor or The Light.
Certain cinemas are excluded including most West End cinemas. Tickets cannot be used for 3D or IMAX films. Special screenings may also be restricted. Third party terms and conditions will apply to cinema tickets and entrants understand and agree that to use the prize they must be bound by the terms and conditions of the applicable cinema Please note tickets are sent to the winner's email address and not as a physical ticket.

Prize Draw:There is 1 Prize Draw prize available to be won in the UK. UK: 1 x trip to DisneyLand Paris for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). Prize includes:
- Return standard Eurostar tickets (London to Paris Gare du Nord)
- Return transfers from station to hotel
- 2 night stay at 3* Disney Cheyenne based on sharing a standard family room
- Daily breakfast
- 3 day park tickets

Third party terms and conditions will apply to prizes and entrants understand and agree that to redeem the prize they must be bound by the prize's terms.

Winners will be determined by a secure and automatic computer-generated algorithm that produces verifiably random results. Each entrant’s chance of winning is based on the promotional volume of 5,047,649 vs the number of prizes to be given away at the start of the promotion. The percentage chance of winning will not decrease across the promotional period. The number of prizes will be (statistically) dependent upon participation rates. Wins will be allocated independently by the system using an algorithm. Although all prizes are available to be won, there is no guarantee that they will all be won.

Entrants will be notified immediately on screen if they have won an Instant Win Prize and informing them which prize they have won. Winners will also receive an SMS within 14 days confirming their win and which prize they have won, along with a link to claim their prize. Winners will be required to complete the claim form with their personal details and upload an image of their original itemised till receipt/ online order confirmation in order to claim their prize. Receipts must pre-date and time their winning entry. Winners that do not complete the claim form within 14 days of sending will forfeit their prize.

It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they have accurately provided a valid mobile number to ensure they are in receipt of promotional communication within 14 days of it being sent.

The winners of a Level 1, 2, 3 or 4 prize will receive an email with instructions of how to redeem their prize within 28 days of their valid claim. The prizes can be used against purchase of 1 adult and 1 child ticket.

The winners of a Level 5 prize will receive their coupon via post within 28 days of their valid claim. The coupon can be redeemed in any retailer and entitles the winner to a free pack of Petits Filous up to the value of £1.85.

Further DisneyLand Paris Prize Terms

The Prize Draw winner will be electronically drawn at random by an independent third party from all valid UK entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions within 7 days of the close date of the Promotion. An appropriate number of reserves will be drawn at the same time as the winner. The winner will be notified by phone to the mobile number provided upon entry within 7 days of the prize draw. A maximum of 3 reserves will be contacted in the order they were drawn if the prize remains unclaimed after 7 days

The prize is valid for travel until December 2025 excluding travel over Christmas (25th December 2024 – 1st January 2025), Easter (18th April 2025 – 21st April 2025) and all UK public holidays (5th May 2025, 26th May 2025 or 25th August 2025). All travel must be completed by 22nd December 2025. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by the Promoter and the promotional agent.

All holiday locations and dates are subject to availability. Travel will be subject to flight, Eurostar and hotel availability at the date of booking the trip. The winner should notify the Promoter at least six weeks in advance of their preferred dates for taking the trip.

The Promoter will accept no responsibility for hotels/ tours/ transport companies etc. being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, the Promoter’s Prize Provider will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative. The Promoter is not responsible for changes in schedule or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of train cancellation/delay.

Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier.

Please note that the Prize does not include any travel costs, insurance, meals and beverages, personal expenses, additional activities, or any other expenditure. Travel to and from the winner’s location to the UK station are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for any expenses incurred. The winner is also responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst enjoying the prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or guests from utilising the prize if the winner and/or their guests fail to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the prize or the winner and/or guests act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others.

The winner and their guests are responsible for ensuring that they all have a valid passport, are eligible for any applicable visa waiver programme or are in possession of a valid visa, as appropriate, and for ensuring that they have all necessary travel and medical insurance (prior to travelling and at all times during the period of travel) and any vaccinations as required.

General

All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries made by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter) and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating phone numbers or IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant's entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Prizes allocated to winners who are subsequently disqualified may not be reallocated.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize for an equivalent or greater value should the original prize offered become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.

Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion with no further compensation.

The prize winners’ surnames and counties are available by sending a correctly stamped self-addressed envelope to Petits Filous Instant Win 2024 (8181), PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury HP22 9HR within three months of the Closing Date. By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if they are a winner their surname and county may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. A winner may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter. In these circumstances the winner acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full upon request from such competent authorities (including without limitation the Advertising Standards Authority).

In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, or reasonable belief to suspect collusion to subvert the terms of this promotion, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of the Promoter.

If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final and no other correspondence will be entered in to.

The Promoter will collect and process certain personal information from entrants which, by taking part in the promotion, the entrants’ consent to with the regulation in force regarding protection of personal data. The Promoter will only use the personal data for the purposes of carrying out the promotion and, if your consent is obtained, to send you emails containing news and offers from Petits Filous and for no other purpose, unless the Promoter obtains your consent. However, personal data supplied during the course of the promotion may be passed on to third party supplier only insofar as required for fulfilment/ delivery/ arrangement of the promotion. The personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). The data collected is compulsory in order to take part in the Promotion. Consequently, persons who exercise their right to delete their personal data before the end of the Promotion will be deemed to have waived their right to participate and to receive a prize. The Promoter will delete the personal data collected for the management of the Promotion 3 months after the end of the Promotion. Where applicable, the personal data collected may be kept for a longer period in accordance with specific legal obligations or in the event of litigation.

This Promotion is governed by English Law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
